Emery
Rub gently your nipples with emery board or nail file, then stick sellotape over.. This will irritate the nipples and hopefully keep them hard for as long as you are wearing your chastity. If the nipples go soft then you have to rub them again. Your nipples will have a rest when yuo remove your chastity.
