Petals that fall

Some flowers open slowly to show their beauty, some open and close as the moon or sun orders their show.

This flower opened, then fallen petals too soon littered. Dry and brittle leaves, a soft beautiful petal of many, still soft and lovely, but it has come away from its stem too early.
